NOVEMBER - CRAFT FAYRE

The first craft and handmade fayre was held at Beaufort Hill Miners Welfare Hall on 24th November. We were fortunate and privileged to attract almost 30 local crafts people to set up their stalls. We would like to extend a massive ‘thank you’ to those who came along and supported us as well as the stallholders and volunteers who worked so hard to make the day such a huge success. Whilst the stallholders kept all their profits,  BHWCH generated £350 from the hire of stalls, and the sale of coffee and homemade cakes. Each person who bought one of the delicious mince pies was provided with a warm cup of mulled wine free of charge. All profits will go toward further improvements to the hall and to ensure it stays open as a centre for all the Community.
